Key Account Executive

Job duties:

- Analyze key accounts historical performance data and derive forward monthly forecasts, in line with the Legal Entity yearly objectives and priorities
- Prepare, negotiate and implement Business Development Agreement (BDA’s) with respective customers, in coordination with the General Manager
- Analyze periodically sales out data in order to assess current brand performance and identify hidden opportunities
- Ensure that all receivables and collections are within the agreed payment / credit terms in order to sustain the company’s cash flow levels
- Follow up monthly on account differences and reconcile accordingly to a minimal level of discrepancies
- Ensure full coverage of the assigned customers by performing regular visits to all branches as per the routing plan and maintaining good relationship while providing exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain sales productivity as per the Sales Fundamentals Guidelines to widen distribution by maintaining, within a store, the existing portfolio and introducing new lines and new categories
- Check and preserve the implementation of the agreed-on BDA to maintain shelf-share
- Ensure that the available Stock Keeping Units (SKU) are well displayed as per provided planogram and fill an order for missing SKUs and report returns (Damaged or near to expire)
- Achieve pre-set sales targets to maintain and increase market share by executing the daily routing and the BDA
- Plan all assigned daily duties by preparing the list of customers to be visited, objectives of the day, admin, etc.
- Participate in Weekly meeting with the supervisor to discuss about Sales updates, Distribution, listing new SKU’s and remaining marketing budget for each store
- Liaise between customers and marketing department to maintain all promotion activities and tasting schedule



Qualifications:
2-5 years’ experience in similar position
