Sales Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries and customer requests.
- Process sales orders and coordinate order fulfillment with logistics and shipping departments.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and analyses to support decision-making.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner, aiming for swift resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide administrative support as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of products.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel and Word).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
