Job Description:
1) Transact all materials management functions in Odoo to ensure compliance with cost accounting principles and functions
2) Conduct warehouse management functions such as receipt, put away, transfer, ready orders for production and deliver finished goods to customers
3) Initiate barcoding functions to ensure scanning ability between records and transactions in Odoo system
4) Initiate a warehouse management software (WMS) to work simultaneously with Odoo to ensure barcoding automation of inventories movements and traceability.
5) Perform Odoo function to identify and create inventoriable items, bill of materials, work center, warehouse locations, delivery notes and other Odoo functions to ensure proper functionality of Odoo system
6) Manage logistics functions, shipping and receiving between various functions of the organization to ensure timely receipt and delivery of raw materials and finished goods
7) Schedule and perform cycle count of inventories to ensure quantities and types of inventories match physically and quantitively with Odoo system. Manage and correct discrepancies according to accounting department good practices.
8) Conduct Material Review Board (MRB) functions to dispose of obsolete, use as is or scrap products.
9) Transact returns to the warehouse and relocate returned goods to assigned locations to ensure proper stock control
10) Design the warehouse and execute warehouse designs to ensure proper stocking efficiencies, visual control of stocks, cleanliness and smooth operations of warehouse functions
11) Manage the warehouse workforce to ensure appropriate records generation, compatible records that match stock to system and overall organization and control of the warehouse spaces
12) Apply cleaning schedules to warehouse spaces to ensure hygiene and cleanliness of overall facilities
13) Perform reviews of workforce to ensure compliance with Human resource functions.
14) Collaborate with various departments in the organization such as the New Product and Design department to stay on top of new SKUs and new product design development.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree in business, supply chain management or equivalent concentration
2) 5 years relevant experience in warehouse management, production planning, Purchasing logistics and ERP systems
3) Adequate mastery of the English language
4) Prior experience in Odoo MRP system is a must
