We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to set up and program CNC machines
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- resolve issues with CNC machines and production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC operation or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and operate machinery

**Preferred Qualifications:**
-CAD/CAM software
- Experience with various CNC machinery and tools
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming languages

**Work Environment:**
- Manufacturing or production environment
- May require standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
