We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the design and development of various architectural projects, while also mentoring and guiding a team of talented architects. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional project delivery, fostering a collaborative work environment, and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout all phases of design.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex architectural projects, from inception to completion.
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the corporate needs and translate them into innovative and functional design solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive construction documents using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, with a strong emphasis on Autodesk Revit.
- Oversee all aspects of project documentation, ensuring adherence to building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design creations.
- Conduct constructability reviews to identify and mitigate potential construction challenges.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations to all stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the architectural field.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Architect License required in the state of practice
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge and proven experience with all architectural software, particularly Autodesk Revit
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Keen eye for design and detail
- Experience with sustainable and environmentally friendly design principles preferred
