- Review sales performance and provide timely feedback to the hierarchy
- Monitor expenses in order to ensure they remain within set budget
- Assist in the development and implementation of a strategic plan to assess the market and prospect customers and develop new business opportunities by attending seminars and exhibitions
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new customers by adapting communication techniques and ensuring a high level of customers satisfaction
- Assist customers by providing prompt solutions, offering technical expertise and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Contribute to the attainment of company sales goals and profitability by effectively achieving revenue forecasts
- Assist in the development and implementation of Marketing plans and create proposal presentations for the brands
- Support the Head of Department on the Marketing level by working within both revenue and expenditure targets
- Provide timely, accurate and competitive pricing of all completed prospect applications while maintaining maximum profit margin
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Distribution
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
