Junior HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing payroll and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave management.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
- Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
