Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online sales channels, including but not limited to e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and our own website.
- Monitor and process online orders promptly and accurately.
- Update and maintain product listings, ensuring content accuracy and optimization for search engines.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product optimization.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Assist in inventory management and fulfillment operations as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or tech accessories industry.
- Strong proficiency in data entry and management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information System, or a related field (preferred but not required).
