Trade Marketing Executive

Job Purpose

The Trade Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective trade marketing strategies to promote our products within the target market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities
for growth.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams.

2. Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities with overall business goals.
• Build strong relationships with key trade partners and distributors to maximize collaboration and drive mutual success.

3. Promotional Campaigns:
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns tailored to specific trade channels and customer segments.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Manage promotional activities, including POS materials, displays, and promotional campaigns.

4. Market Intelligence:
• Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
• Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

5. Merchandisers:
• Support the merchandisers team in their day-to-day operations nationwide.
Competencies
Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any other related field. Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

- 3+ years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of retail channels and consumer behavior.

Proven ability to develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies that drive sales and brand visibility.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
