We are looking for a Barista for a newly open coffee shop in Beirut who can deliver remarkable coffee preparation and presentation experience for the delight of esteemed guests; also bringing profound expertise of point-of-sale tools.
· Prepares all types of beverages like coffee, hot & cold tea, hot chocolate, smoothies, juices, etc
· Manages and oversees all brewing equipment 22
· Expertise on coffee arts and designs
· Conducts end-of-day and end-of-month inventory
· Reviews par stock levels of coffee shop
· Maintains cleanliness of the coffee shop
· Opens/closes coffee shop
· Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
· Attends to requests, comments, and concerns from customers
· Prepares shift reports
Requirements:
Great customer service and communication skills with attention to detail
Minimum 2 years of previous work experience as a Barista Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
