**Job Description:**
We are looking for an IT Support Professional to provide technical assistance to our employees and ensure the effective functioning of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Assist with the setup and support of user accounts and access permissions
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support requests
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience
- Proven experience as an IT Support Professional or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent service

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar
- Experience with ITIL best practices
- Knowledge of cloud services and virtualization technologies
