We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Controller to join our team. As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing company's inventory levels, including stock tracking, ordering, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely stock management to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for operational needs.
Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments to maintain accurate inventory records.
Track shipments and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
Optimize inventory procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Generate inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to forecast demand and plan stock levels accordingly.
Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Inventory Controller, Inventory Manager, or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
Certification in Inventory Management (e.g., CPIM) is a plus
