Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate tracking, monitoring, and maintenance of stock levels.
Implement and maintain warehouse operational procedures and policies to optimize processes, minimize errors, and enhance productivity.
Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, supply chain, and procurement, production, to coordinate and fulfill orders efficiently and meet customer demands.
Maintain a safe and organized working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse cleanliness.
Manage and optimize warehouse space utilization and layout for maximum efficiency.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software to track inventory, generate reports, and analyze data to improve operations.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall warehouse performance.
Monitor and evaluate KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. (Preferred)
Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within the Plastic Manufacturing sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office suite.
Solid understanding of inventory management best practices and warehouse operations.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards within a warehouse setting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
