Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the club.
Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new players and increase club membership.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to employees, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Create and execute plans to increase booking hours and revenue streams.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member and guest inquiries and concerns.
Organize and coordinate tournaments, events, and activities.
Build and nurture a strong community within the club, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Monitor and manage the club's budget, ensuring financial health and profitability.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet club goals.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the club and its offerings.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sports club management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of sports, preferably padel.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
