Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Assist in the coordination and execution of the Operations' Manager daily tasks and projects
- Handle minutes of meeting and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or equivalent
- Fresh graduate
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good follow up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail
