IT Officer

Level 5 Holding - Lebanon

Reports to: CEO

Job Purpose:

Manage the implementation of company's software, hardware, networks, or other IT systems.

Responsibilities:
• Investigates and diagnoses network and system problems
• Makes recommendations for improving the company's IT systems infrastructure
• Carries out routine configuration and installation of IT hardware and software solutions
• Maintains server, network, email system (like setting up new users and managing back-up, security and passwords)
• Acts as the company's internet police, monitoring internet and email use
• Supports employees with their hardware and software computer needs
• Coordinates with Hosting and other Digital suppliers
Job Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience
• BA in IT/MIS/CCE
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Presentable

Work Conditions:

From Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 5:30 pm
