A company in Beirut is offering an internship, a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the daily operations and management of a shipping vessel.
The intern will assist in various aspects of ship management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
•Assist with the preparation, updating, and filing of crew documents, including contracts, certifications, and medical records.
•Input crew details into the company’s databases and management systems.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of crew movements
•Schedule interviews and assist in the interview process for prospective crew members.
•Help in conducting reference and background checks.
•Assist in the organization and scheduling of training sessions and courses for crew members.
•Support the team in ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:
•Business Students: Completed BA or 3rd year.
•Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
