  • •Achieve the assigned sales volume for the handled market segment and within the set period

  • Grow the sales of the company by establishing contact with new prospects to shift them into clients

  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management

  • Continuously update customers on product changes and modifications

  • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate tire solutions

  • Provide information about different tire options, sizes, brands, and features

  • Initiate, develop and maintain business relationships with current & prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new sales
