We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with at least 5 years of experience in facility management. As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and functionality of our facilities, including managing maintenance schedules, overseeing repairs, and implementing improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive facility management procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work.
• Monitor facility operations and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Manage facility budgets and expenses effectively.
• Oversee contractors and service providers.
• Implement energy conservation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years).
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
•Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software
