Area Sales Manager (Maten/Keserwen/North Area)

A leading FMCG company based in Jdeideh, seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join the team and drive sales in the Maten, Keserwen, and North areas.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
-Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and events to boost product visibility and sales.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in the FMCG industry. Preference will be given to candidates with F&B experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
