Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively find new clients through research, networking, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach via cold calls to decision-makers.
Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery calls to uncover client processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new ERP opportunities.
Developing Sales Strategies: Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies and meaningful marketing contents

Qualifications
Experience: 1-6 years of B2B software sales success, preferably with ERP/CRM solutions.
Business Acumen: Translate technical features into solutions that resonate with executives.
Consultative Selling: Focus on uncovering needs and offering value-driven solutions.
Communication Excellence: Confident presentations and rapport-building written communication.
Self-driven, Results-oriented: Proactive mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
Odoo Knowledge: A strong advantage (or Zoho, Salesforce, Oracle fusion, SAP, Dynamics)

Compensation
Base Salary: Competitive, based on skills & experience.
