Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a procurement officer located in Jnah area / Beirut.
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process for the organization. This includes sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with local and international suppliers to meet the company's requirements.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in international and local procurement
- Good experience in import procedure such as: shipping procedure, customs, clearance, required documentations…etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Familiarity with HORECA, outdoor furniture, and plastic products industry (a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing to contract management
- Continuously evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze market conditions and trends to recommend strategic procurement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to understand their needs
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on procurement activities.
- Post purchases to system and create new items whenever required.
- Follow up with suppliers: order, returns, disputes, complaints…etc
