Role Purpose:
Create customized marketing plans to ensure visibility for brands on e-retailers’ platforms within the budget guidelines resulting in higher visibility and enhanced conversion in sales. Prepare reports analyzing campaign performance, e-retailers, and brand sales performance.
Responsibilities:
DIGITAL MARKETING • Work in close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to create a monthly marketing plan customized to each e-retailer. • Create frameworks to plan for fiscal year’s media investments based on planned targets. • Understand e-retailers’ creative requirements to plan and create campaign proposals for brands. • Assess media proposals from e-retailers for events / marketing campaigns and give recommendations to guide relevant stakeholders to optimize sales ROI and traffic generated to the participating brands. • Create clear and comprehensive briefs for the design agency in order to produce relevant digital assets based on the e-retailers’ creative requirements for the campaign. • Work with the media agency where required to buy media assets on e-retailers platform as per brands guidelines. • Generate benchmark analysis and negotiate with e-retailers marketing team on the cost of various media assets on behalf of brands in order to run brand campaigns on e-retailers’ platform. • Ensure all initiatives planned are executed by the e-retailer as per the agreement. • Coordinate and negotiate costs with e-retailers to carry out successful sampling programs for brands. • Create and share campaign close out report with relevant stakeholders proving insights and recommendations for future optimization. ANALYTICS • Create and manage e-commerce dashboard to monitor key business metrics for the channel and brands. • Issue monthly reports analyzing channel performance across e-retailers, brands and SKUs highlighting specific relevant insights in order to plan future sales campaigns. • Perform deep dive analysis on customers and brands in collaboration with sales executives to find opportunities resulting in improved overall sales performance. Qualifications Academic Education & Professional Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field. • Digital Marketing certificate is a plus. Operational & Managerial Experience • A minimum of 2 years in Digital Marketing. • FMCG background is preferred. Technical Skills • Experience in content creation, visuals, and videos. • Experience in community management. • Experience in all social media platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn) Computer Skills • Use of Canva & Video Creation tools (iMovie, or any other) • Microsoft tools (PPT, excel, word) Language Skills • Fluency in English spoken and written is a must, French is a plus. • Proficient in Arabic written is a must
