Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer to join our well-known company in Lebanon, specializing in the furniture and mattresses industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence both domestically and internationally. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development within the furniture and mattresses sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective strategies.
Business Development:

Develop and implement strategic plans to open new markets inside and outside Lebanon.
Identify and engage with potential clients and partners to establish new business relationships.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target markets.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the furniture and mattresses industry.
Proven track record of successfully opening new markets and achieving sales targets.
Skills:

Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the furniture and mattresses sector.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and analytically.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
