The IT Retail Solution Specialist is responsible for executing solution development tasks related to shop operations and back office integration as well as technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute pre-defined technical analysis and feasibility studies on users' needs.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to users related to Point of Sale and IT Retail Systems.
- Develop the documentation of program code, applications and instructions, and validate the obtained technical results.
- Integrate the developed objects with legacy systems. Ensure troubleshooting of system software running in the shops by testing to support the operation and its relation to the back office ERP
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Certificate in "MCPD" Web, "MCPD" Windows and "MCPD" Enterprise Applications is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Experience in Visual Studio development tools and SQL server. Knowledge of Business Applications, specifically Point of Sale solutions.
- Fluency in English.
