- Inspect personal computer equipment, install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives on user's premises
- Install specified software such as operating systems, business applications and other office tools
- Provide support on issues related to the network and systems

- Provide on-site and remote support to users' requests in relation to networking, operating system, system hardware diagnoses, software and operator problems
- Manage the reported requests and incidents on the service desk system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar field
- Experience in Windows operating systems and networking
- Knowledge of hardware & Microsoft office applications
- Fluency in English
