Job Title: Civil Engineer (Estimation & Tender Control)

Location: Metn

Experience Level: 3-5 Years

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documents for infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate project scopes and budgets.
Monitor project costs and provide ongoing budget forecasts.
Maintain relationships with public authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Conduct site assessments to inform estimation processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in estimation and tender control for infrastructure projects, preferably with public authorities.

Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with local regulations and procurement processes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
