Job Description:
1) Perform information system functions to identify and create items, bill of materials, work center, and warehouse locations.
2) Conduct warehouse management functions such as receipt, put away, transfer, and ready manufacturing orders for production.
3) Manage logistics functions, shipping and receiving between various functions of the organization to ensure timely receipt and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
4) Schedule and perform cycle counts of inventories to ensure quantities and types of inventories match physically and quantitively with system information. Manage and correct discrepancies accordingly.
5) Transact returns to the warehouse and relocate returned goods to assigned locations to ensure proper stock control.
6) Manage the warehouse workforce to ensure appropriate records generation, compatible records that match stock to system and overall organization of the warehouse spaces.
7) Transact all materials management functions in Odoo MRP system to ensure compliance with cost accounting principles and functions.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree in business, supply chain management or equivalent
2) 1-year relevant experience
3) Adequate mastery of the English language
4) Prior experience in Odoo MRP system is a plus
