Sales Representative (Horeca Sector) for Fast Moving Consumer Goods
A Lebanese FMCG Product Distribution and trading company for a variety of FMCG products is looking for a motivated Sales Representative Horeca Sector (Restaurants & Hotels experience) to cover El Maten area, Keserwn, Batroun and or North Lebanon and Beirut region,
The sales representative (or sales rep) is responsible for overseeing the sale of products or services from beginning to end. This individual is the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer's needs and expectations are met. A sales representative should know their product or service inside and out and guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily.

Scope of work:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the HORECA sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Present and promote company products to current and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives.


Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads
• Researches customer's individual or business purchase needs
• Serves existing customers by optimizing current purchase plan
• Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
• Resolves customer complaints and queries
• Submits purchase orders
• Informs management of purchase actions
• Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals
• Completes market research and monitors competitor activity
• Makes recommendations for the customer
• Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates

Requirements and Qualifications
• TS3 or BT3 Technical diploma or High school diploma
• Bachelor's degree (ideal but not required)
• 2 - 5+ years of FMCG sales experience for Restaurants & Hotels

Skills and Specifications
Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the HORECA sector or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry and HORECA market dynamics.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
- Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale

Job Location: North Lebanon, or ElMetN+Keserwan, Batroun- Beirut – Lebanon
