Job Purpose:
The candidate will join the Marketing Department and contribute to the evolution of Colortek’s digital and social platforms channels including websites, ecommerce, social media, or development of new assets to consolidate, grow, optimize, and future-proof Colortek's digital strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage Social Media Channels: Youtube, Linkedin, Instagram, and Facebook Business.
- Participate in the planning and execution of Colortek’s content calendar and overall digital marketing tactical plan.
- Maintain Colortek’s e-commerce and website platforms up to date, through data entry, videography/ photography material, and coordinate with the Marketing Manager on the copywriting.
- Plan, develop and implement with Marketing Manager SEO strategies to improve our organic traffic and search ranking.
- Manage and moderate the company’s social media channels and blogs.
- Coordinate and support the creation of digital content in various forms in Coordination with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure clients’ inquiries are handled in a timely manner.
- Track and measure digital and social channels performance using industry reporting metrics and KPi’s and coordinate with Marketing Manager on enhancing digital presence.
- Monitor franchisees social media accounts along with websites and make sure that all brand guidelines are being implemented and respected.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
- BSc degree in Marketing٫ Digital media, Audiovisual arts or relevant field.
- Experience with visual communication principles.
- Photography & videography skills, smartphone photography.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, French is a plus.
- Creative writing skills is a must: can create strong content that's effectively distributed across channels.
- Good multitasker that is motivated and willing to learn new skills and software.
- Adobe Illustrator CC. Acquiring these and additional skills will be required.
- Knowledge in ai and relevant skills, is a plus.
