Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint or Jira Expert to join our team. As an expert in either platform, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing our internal systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and maintain SharePoint or Jira based on organizational needs.
Develop and implement workflows, forms, and other functionalities to automate processes.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
Train staff on how to effectively use SharePoint or Jira.
Ensure data security and compliance with best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, Administrator, or Jira Administrator.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint features such as document management, workflows, and permissions.
Familiarity with Jira workflows, issue tracking, and project management capabilities.
Ability to customize and extend functionalities using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate (Flow), PowerShell, or similar tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in SharePoint or Jira administration or development.
Experience integrating SharePoint or Jira with other systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.) or Atlassian products ecosystem.
