Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Advisor at Macromed located in Beirut. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, retail sales, and skincare expertise to clients. The role involves recommending and demonstrating various beauty and skincare products, providing product knowledge and advice, and creating a personalized experience for each client.


Duties & responsibilities

• Relay the image of the company in the best way by advising customers on the best products that satisfy their needs in terms of range as well as stock level

• Strictly adhere to the company’s sales policies and regulations
• Responsible of products sell out at POS (pharmacies)
• Responsible of reorders of sold products at POS
• Controls stock and near to expiry products at POS and take necessary action
• Maintain good visibility of products at POS

• Maintains a professional/working image in self and work environment

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends and inform upper management accordingly
• Record customer complaints, investigate the problems then make recommendations
• Reporting to upper management as requested on timely manner
• Performs other duties as instructed or required to successfully complete the job

Qualifications

Cosmetology and skincare knowledge
Strong product knowledge and ability to recommend products
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in retail sales
Passion for skincare and beauty
Ability to work in a team and provide personalized customer experiences
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience or certification in skincare or beauty-related field is a plus
