SCOPE OF THE JOB
The Warehouse Picker & Move Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of warehouse pickers and move teams to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and the safe handling of goods.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and plan the schedule of picking and moving teams.
Oversee the picking & move team, aiming to ensure efficient operation on ground.
Follow up on day-to-day operations related to refill, new shipments, sales orders or special and urgent requests to be in line with the plan of the day.
Follow up with the team leader on all returned items defected, checking transfer reports, related to remaining transfer orders, refill, rotation, re-pick, and Export shipment.  
Conduct regular inspections of products and packaging to maintain quality standards.
Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent any possible shortage or discrepancy.
Coordinate daily work assignments to maximize productivity and meet order fulfilment goals.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse layout to facilitate easy access to goods and improve storage capacity.
Prepare export shipment, including the packaging, and determine the required volume for delivery.
Ensure the efficient return of all items from branches to the Warehouse and that products are stored in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide support to team members, and assist with problem-solving during operations.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to reduce errors and damages in the picking and packing processes.
Maintain the warehouse's cleanliness and maintenance, including the shelves, boxes, and storage cabinets.
Oversee the preparation of the new shipment to maximize productivity and meet order fulfilment goals.
Perform other duties that are aligned & related to the job scope.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Degree.
Experience:  At least 0-1 years of experience in similar field.
Linguistic Skills: Fluent in English
