Automotive Company is in highly need for Marketing Manager.

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

Brand Management:

Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Ensure brand messages are consistent across all channels and platforms.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Utilize data to develop strategies and make informed marketing decisions.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital marketing, and print advertising.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.

Team Leadership:

Manage, train, and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Track expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Content Creation:

Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.
Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of market research methods, data analysis, and statistics.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
Experience in B2C marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
