The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting maintenance activities at valet parking sites. They will perform site visits to assess maintenance requirements, source quotations for repairs or replacements, carry out approved repairs or replacements, document the process, and submit invoices for processing.
• Conduct site visits to valet parking sites to assess maintenance needs.
• Source and obtain quotations for repairs or replacements from vendors or suppliers.
• Present maintenance proposals, including cost estimates and recommendations, for approval.
• Perform approved repairs or replacements efficiently and effectively.
• Document the repair process through photography for documentation purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including details of repairs, replacements, and associated costs.
• Submit invoices for processing and ensure timely payment to vendors or suppliers.
• Can read and write in Arabic.
• Proven experience in maintenance work, preferably in a similar industry or facility management.
• Knowledge of various maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements.
• Ability to assess maintenance needs accurately and source appropriate quotations.
• Proficiency in carrying out repairs or replacements efficiently and safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document maintenance activities through photography.
• Organizational and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Excellent communication skills to present proposals and interact with vendors, suppliers, and other team members
