Regional Sales Manager (FMCG) (Kfarchima Area)

Primary Objective:
* Drive revenue growth and enhance market presence within the designated regions.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth:
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and
opportunities for growth.
2. Client Relationship Management:
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the region.
* Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction.
* Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, understand needs, and introduce new products.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct thorough research and analysis of regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the region.
* Stay updated on industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Regional Representation:
* Represent the company at regional exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
* Showcase our products to potential clients and explore new market prospects.
* Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to generate interest and drive sales.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with product development, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
* Work closely with marketing to develop and execute promotional activities tailored to the region.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

* Proven track record of at least 6 years in sales management, preferably within the food industry.

* Proven experience in B2B sales and business development
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills
* Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Work Environment:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Saturdays / Sundays OFF. -

This position may require frequent travel within the assigned region.

- The work environment is typically an office setting, but visits to client sites and sales events are common.

Compensation & Benefits:

Basic salary range: $2000
Plus Transportation
Commission and Bonus based on sales
