Sales Achievements

» Achieves set monthly targets.
» Follows strictly the journey plan. Covers all stores that are in the Journey plan. Does not pick and choose.
» Strives to achieve a minimum 60% strike rate per day
» Follows strictly the hand held process.
» Ensures that every covered store has a bar code in his outlet.
» Ensures that distribution of must SKU brands and SKUs are achieved in the covered stores.
» Takes good care of the allocated van as if it were his own. Can be held responsible for costs that are due to negligence
» Takes good care of the Palm. Can be held responsible for costs that are due to negligence.
» Ensures that sales are strictly done on cash,
» Ensures the journey plan is inflexible.
» Uses company vehicles for business use only.
» Sells only according to price list and does not deviate from it at all.
» Ensures that all companies policies are scrupulously followed and that no deviation takes place whatsoever
» Follows systematically the preventive maintenance schedule as set by the warehouse department
» Ensures that the van is organized and tidy at all times.
» Ensures that the van is maintained clean and washed once a week.
» Ensures that the van loading requests are in line with the must SKU list.

Accountability

» Responsible for volume target achievement
» Responsible for collections within terms
» Responsible for the fines incurred when renewal proxy documents are not respected, driving rules violation
» Responsible for the van maintenance in case of negligence
» Responsible for the Palm costs in case of negligence (theft, loss, damage)
» Responsible for the execution and the enforcement of company rules

Knowledge & Skills

• Arabic, English, French is a plus
• Sales driven
• Detail oriented
• Well organized
• Excellent presentation and Communication skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years in similar role , Bachelor degree is a plus
