Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage our company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations. This role will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with our B2B partners, ensuring seamless supply chain processes, and improving productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, suppliers, and vendors.
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure seamless operations and support business growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on supply chain performance.
• Address and resolve any issues or disruptions in the supply chain promptly.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on B2B operations.
• Previous experience within the architecture/Design within the lighting industry in specific.
• Previous exposure to GCC Market.
• Previous exposure to KSA/Qatar regulatory framework.
• Proven track record of managing supply chain processes and achieving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles, practices, and trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
