Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage high-profile lighting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the lighting industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale lighting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
•Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
•Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
•Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving any issues that arise.
•Conduct regular project reviews and provide comprehensive reports to senior management and stakeholders.
•Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
•Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
•Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
•Previous experience within the lighting industry or a related field.
•Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of lighting technologies, products, and industry standards.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in project management software and tools.
•Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
