Job Overview
The Sales Executive/Admin plays a pivotal role in generating revenue for the hospitality establishment by identifying, cultivating, and maintaining client relationships. They are responsible for driving sales, meeting targets, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance.
This is an on-site position. Monday to Friday, 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc.).
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Sales Duties:
Research and identify potential leads through various channels (online research, social media, networking events).
Use CRM tools to manage and track leads.
Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine potential business opportunities.
Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and social media.
Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage prospective clients.
Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales representatives.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and pain points.
Provide information about the company’s products and services and how they can benefit the client.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with sales team members to develop effective strategies and sales pitches.
Follow up with prospects after initial contact to move them through the sales funnel.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Sales, or related field.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
