Position Title: Instructor

Location: Lebanon

Your Mission:



Deliver training on infantry tactics to partners, tailored to the local environment.
Be a strong leader, mentoring beneficiaries and officers.
Collaborate with local instructors, fostering knowledge sharing.
Embrace the challenge of austere environments.

Requirements



You're a Perfect Fit If:
You're a veteran with infantry experience and a minimum rank of Senior Non-Commissioned Officer.
You have a proven track record of planning and delivering impactful military training.
You're a deployed veteran, comfortable in high-pressure situations.
You're IT Literate and can craft clear reports and presentations.
You possess robustness, motivation, and self-discipline.
You demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect for local nationals.

Bonus Points for:



Experience in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Additional military qualifications in areas like range management & safety, support-weapons specialisations, mobility, first aid, reconnaissance, observation, communications.
