• Manage a team of 10 cleaning employees, consisting of both citizens and foreign employees
• Oversee the daily activities of the sanitation team
• Monitor the cleanliness of the facility, including production areas, equipment, and common areas, through regular inspections
• Provide training and guidance to sanitation staff on cleaning procedures and equipment use
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including schedules, completed tasks, and inspection results
• Report any issues or incidents related to sanitation to the Quality Manager
Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sanitation, food safety, or related fields are a plus
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
