Warehouse keeper for the Food Department
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Warehouse Keeper to join our team in our Food Department. The successful person will be responsible for managing, organizing.

* Receiving and unloading food shipments
* Inspect incoming products and document any damage or shortages
* Store food products according to food storage guidelines
* Manage inventory using an inventory management system
* Issuing food products to other areas of the facility upon request
* Maintain adequate stock levels and report any shortages to the supervisor
* Ensure proper inventory turnover using the “first in first out” principle
* Conduct periodic inventory counts
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and observing safety standards
* Adherence to food safety policies and procedures
* Work in a team and under pressure.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in warehouse management for (4) years
* Good knowledge of food storage methods and food safety principles
* Excellent computer skills and inventory management
* Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to work accurately
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
