Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor for the Food Department is responsible for the overall operations and management of the food department warehouse, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, warehousing, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

*Inventory Management:*
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
* Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
* Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and theft

* *Receiving:*
* Supervise receiving operations, including inspection of goods and verification of quantities
* Ensure compliance with receiving policies and procedures
* Manage receiving schedules and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery

* *Shipping:*
* Supervise shipping operations, including order fulfillment and preparation
* Ensure compliance with shipping policies and procedures
* Manage shipping schedules and coordinate with carriers for timely delivery

* *Warehousing:*
* Manage warehouse operations, including storage, rotation, and retrieval of inventory
* Ensure compliance with storage regulations and food safety standards
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

* *Order Fulfillment:*
* Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Prioritize orders and allocate resources to meet delivery deadlines
* Manage customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues

* *Team Management:*
* Supervise and motivate warehouse staff
* Train and develop warehouse team members
