Job description
The Sales Representative will be part of the sales team by handling and coordinating various activities. This role involves working closely with customers, and other departments to ensure the execution of the sales process. The sales representative will also handle administrative tasks, maintain sales data, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist the sales manager and sales team with the implementation of outdoor sales strategies to meet sales targets.
Sales Order Processing: Manage the sales order process from start to finish, including order entry, tracking, delivery, and follow-up. Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer and sales data. Generate sales reports and track performance metrics.
Client portfolio management: Responsible for sales prospects, handling, maintaining, and managing existing clients, and bringing new customers.
Field Visits: Conduct Regular meetings with clients, present products and services, and close sales deals.
Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communication: Coordinate communication between the client, sales team, and other departments, to ensure alignment and efficient operation.
Sales Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. Assist in preparing sales forecasts, market studies, and setting performance targets.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability for customer orders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Presentable and dynamic, sales goals and achievements oriented.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably outdoor sales.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software (Pipedrive is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
