Responsibilities:


Client and Work Order Management:

Establish contact with the Point of Contact (POC) for each work order to gather any additional required information before dispatch.

Coordinate the dispatch of technicians and manage projects virtually.


Specification and Procurement:

Acquire precise specifications, including brand, model number, and serial number, for replacement parts, materials, or equipment.

Prepare and oversee bids and tenders.


Documentation and Compliance:

Capture and document before, during, and after pictures of each client site visit, securing client sign-off.

Proactively update colleagues, clients, and relevant systems on project status.

Ensure all necessary documentation and associated costs are uploaded before closing a work order for accurate invoicing.


Requirements and Skills:

Fluency in English: Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp and apply new information and processes.

Customer-Centric: Strong focus on understanding and meeting client needs.

Research Skills: Proficient in conducting thorough research to support project requirements.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding relevant to the industry.

Solutions-Oriented: Effective problem solver with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Team Player: Collaborative and able to work well with others.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Project Management: Demonstrated skills in managing projects and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Location: Kaslik


Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 1 AM. One Saturday and Sunday shift is mandatory per month.
