Position: Asst Sales Manager / Manager
Location: Qatar
Basic Salary - up to QAR 6,000 + Accommodation, visa, tickets and other benefits
Key Result Areas:
Involved overseeing and managing the sales operations of an automobile dealership or a sales division within an automotive company.
Your responsibilities would include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Taken care the responsibility for developing a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue and market share.
This involves analyzing market trends, identifying target customer segments, setting sales goals, and creating effective sales plans.
Sales Team Management:
leading and managing the team of sales professionals, including sales representatives, and customer service staff.
Involved in hiring and training sales staff, setting sales targets and quotas, and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is crucial in the automobile industry.
You would need to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing effective customer service processes and resolving any customer issues or concerns.
Market Analysis: Staying informed about the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences is essential.
You would need to conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, evaluate competition, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales performance is important to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
