Job Overview:
Nutrili is looking for a driven and creative marketer and content creator to help drive our marketing campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of event marketing, content creation and community management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats by executing marketing campaigns and helping shoot content and posting social media content. You should be passionate about using storytelling to build relationships and create an inclusive, engaging content. You will be working directly with the founder and CEO of the brand. Compensation is performance-driven, with semi-annual bonuses paid based on growth results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Nutrili's brand and marketing goals
- Coordinate, create and edit engaging, high-quality content (such as graphics, photos, videos and copy) for social media platforms
- Build partnerships with content creators, influencers and customers to generate content.
- Build the concepts to be executed by our video editor to create visual content for various social media platforms, including, but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Source, create, and publish timely social media content to increase Nutrili brand exposure and products sales
- Use social media to drive awareness of and traffic to Nutrili social media accounts and website
- Embrace the start-up mentality, taking initiative and wearing multiple hats as needed.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in social media management and community building
- Track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Track record of creating social media content (such as graphics, photos, videos and copy)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Passion for health, wellness and sustainability
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the time necessary for in-market activation events
