The Ranch is an agritourism resort and equestrian club in Kfar Hazir, Al Koura - part of the Koura Valley in North Lebanon. The Ranch is a getaway destination for those wanting to escape the busy city and traffic and enjoy time in tranquility with nature. We offer a 13-room hotel with a large restaurant hall and terrace, large organic garden experience, horseback riding, among many other activities.
We are looking for an energetic and creative person to manage the club and handle the business development activities.
Key attributes;
Someone who is a self-starter, proactive, hard worker and who wants to grow with the business.
This position requires exemplary leadership, supervision skills, and great attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset, able to attract and retain clients.
Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Manage the Ranch employees and keep a positive work culture.
Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Fluent in English and Arabic is a must. French is a plus.

Responsibilities include;
Manage the hotel bookings
Interact with guests and do guest tours.
Develops, maintains and administers a sound organizational plan; initiates improvements as necessary.
Oversees the care and maintenance of all the club’s physical assets and facilities.
Participates in on-going facility inspections throughout the club to assure that cleanliness, safety and
other standards are consistently attained.
Manage budgets/expenses, and monitor sales and profits.
Assists marketing manager with social media, marketing and promotions.
Business development - manage and grow events (parties, corporate events, weddings).
Optimize occupancy rates, ADR and RevPar.
This role will report to the General Manager/Owner. Experience in hotel management preferred.
