This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working fluidly and cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Use credible data-driven studies and findings to establish the best overall approach to designing experiences and interfaces.
  • Conduct research through appropriate methodologies, and participate is shared discovery efforts with other designers, growth strategists, analysts, developers, and sometimes clients.
  • Be involved in the design of product or site aesthetics allowing for the implementation of optimal UI components, all in line with a brand’s identity and UX best practices.
  • Conduct site and app audits to identify and troubleshoot key strengths and weaknesses in the User Experience, and determine the best course of action for UX and Growth strategies.
  • Adopt a holistic approach to UX design, advising on product design and company business models as needed. Based on that, develop design systems that scale across regions and languages. We are a true 360-degree design company, and we act like one.
  • Follow up on UI Design work, advise on and advance team member practices in designing interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
  • Test for intuitivity, usability and accessibility. Your users are unique, so design with universality in mind.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Multimedia, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field of study.
  • 1 to 2 years' of experience in design.
  • Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools.
  • Ability to understand and conceive requirements documents and information architectures, and materializing them into user-centered functional experiences.
  • Deep demonstrable knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Design Guidelines and Google’s Material Design Guidelines.
